AI has become difficult for business leaders to ignore.
Every week, a new AI tool promises to improve productivity, automate customer service, generate content, qualify leads, analyse data, or help employees make faster decisions.
For CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, and business owners, this creates both excitement and pressure.
The excitement comes from the possibilities. The pressure comes from the feeling that every competitor is moving faster.
This often leads businesses to begin with a familiar question:
Which AI tool should we implement?
But there is a more important question to ask first:
Is our business ready to give AI the data, context, processes, and controls it needs to produce a trustworthy result?
That question matters because AI adoption and AI readiness are not the same thing.
A company may be using several AI tools and still lack the foundation required to generate meaningful business value from them.
